LOCAL ATTORNEYS AND STAFF ATTEND LEADING EDGE ESTATE PLANNING CONFERENCE
MINNEAPOLIS, MN - Estate Planning Attorneys, Jeffrey P. Molever and Kimberly L. Frank, and staff members attended an
educational conference in Denver, Colorado, in early May sponsored by the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys.
The Academy is the premier national educational organization that promotes excellence in estate planning by providing
member attorneys with research and vital updates in estate, tax and business planning law. The Academy provided estate
planning educational training on: Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts, Veterans Aid and Attendance Benefits, Ethical
Planning, Representing Trustees, Addressing Problem Assets and Trust Administration. Additional training focused on
the innovative planning techniques with Legacy Wealth Planning and Funeral Trusts.
The Molever Law Firm focuses its practice exclusively on tax and estate planning and believes strongly in continuing
education. Mr. Molever believed the topics covered at this conference made it essential that they attend this event. "We
regularly attend Academy educational events for our clients' benefit," says Mr. Molever. "Since our practice focuses
exclusively in various aspects of estate planning, it is our first priority to be on top of the continuous changes in the
law and the new developments and techniques we can make available to our clients. A requirement of our Academy membership is
to complete a minimum of 36 continuing legal education hours specifically in estate, tax, probate or elder law planning each
year."
"This event was of particular interest to our firm because it marked the 15 year anniversary of the Academy, and it also
focused on the ground-breaking Legacy Wealth Planning techniques," says Mr. Molever. "Our firm has always focused on families
passing their financial wealth to future generations and their non-financial wealth such as family values, traditions and
heritage, which is often overlooked in traditional planning," says Mr. Molever. "We provide families easy-to-understand methods
in which they can fulfill their desire to distribute assets, as well as their own inspiration, values and wisdom."
The Molever Law Firm has devoted its practice exclusively to estate planning matters and has been a member of the Academy for
12 years. The firm has helped thousands of families meet their long-term financial and non-financial goals. For more information
