Local Estate Planning Attorney Invited to Speak at Annual Conference

MINNEAPOLIS, MN - On June 16, 2009, Attorney Jeffrey P. Molever spoke at the 27th Annual Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants Estate & Personal Financial Planning Conference.

Mr. Molever presented Interpreting Trust Provisions: The Good, The Bad, and The Absurd.  The presentation informed participants on how to recognize common problems with their clients' estate plans before they become unavoidable.  The session gave examples of the bad-and sometimes absurd- language seen in hundreds of estate plans that The Molever Law Firm reviews each year.  Mr. Molever advised participants by comparing the bad language seen in many reviewed documents with better terms that should be in their clients' estate plans.
